Customised Terms and Conditions

 

A non refundable deposit of $200 per person

Is required to confirm your reservation.

Reservations will not be held until a deposit

is received and is subject to availability. Final

balance due 60 days before departure.

Reservations made within 2 months of departure

Must be paid in full at time of booking. The

Company reserves the right to cancel any booking

If final balance is received by the due date. Deposits

And payments can be made by check or credit card.

We accept MasterCard and Visa. All charges are taken

In Ireland.

CANCELLATIONS:(Cancellation policy only applies to Bookings made with Terry Flynn Tours or their agents)

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Cancellation charges per person are as follows:

Date of booking to 60 days $150 deposit

59/30 days prior to departure 15%

29/15 days prior to departure 25%

14/4 days prior to departure 50%

3 days or less prior to departure No refunds

For late bookings express postage charges will be paid by the client.

Deposits or pre-payments to properties made on behalf of clients are non-refundable. As requirements vary in some locations these conditions will be available on request when booking. (Customised only)

Responsibilities:

We accept responsibility for insuring that all elements of your self-drive program we have booked are as described in your information.

We accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to any delay or cause beyond our control including air transportation. All such expenses will be borne by the client(s). We disclaim any responsibility or liability whatsoever for loss, damage, injury or expense to person or property due to any cause occurring during your vacation. This includes items left at accommodations or in rental cars.

Tour Cancellation: Minimum Numbers

Each tour requires a minimum number of participants to operate. Where a tour fails to reach these numbers we will be forced to cancel this tour. We will endeavour to do this as early as possible so as to minimise inconvenience. Where we are forced to cancel a tour we will offer the closest possible alternative and where this is not possible or suitable we will affect a full refund to each client. (Escorted Tours only)

Travel Insurance:

Terry Flynn Tours is please to offer Travel Insurance to help you protect your payment made for travel plans. We strongly recommend Insurance coverage to protect you from any unforeseen health circumstances that may arise. To benefit from full coverage, premium should be paid at the time of deposit for coverage to apply. Please ask for full details when making your reservation.  Please go to the travel insurance section on our website to get a quote.

Changes:

A fee of $25per change will be charged for any changes made to an existing booking. These fees are non- refundable in the event of cancellation.

Exchange rates:

The dollar rates shown in this brochure are based on exchange rates in effect on January 1st 2012. These are subject to currency fluctuations without notice. For clients paid in full on the due date TERRY FLYNN TOURS guarantees no surcharge on the land package.
