There are various cooking schools in Ireland that offer 1 day courses non residential or a residential 2 day course or weekend schools. They range from guesthouse to Manor house accommodations with in house cooking schools with classes from award winning chefs all using the best of local produce. There’s even a chance where your small group can work together under instruction to cook your evening meal and then sit down and enjoy the fruits of labour together. Crafts & Culture: Ireland is famous for it various arts and crafts, from linen and lace, crystal and pottery. From little cottage industries showing the making of their products to locations where you can have a fun lesson in throwing your own pottery or a weekend course for the more serious student. Culture: Then there is the culture of Ireland from our famous writers and poets, the writers trails and literary pub crawls. Traditional music and dance with classes available along with feis and Fleadh Ceol (traditional festivals) and courses in the west of Ireland in our language Gaelic.
