June 11th Depart USA for Ireland on your overnight flight to Dublin.
June 12th Arrive Dublin and meet your driver-guide. Travel to the city centre and begin your tour of Irelands capitol city. Take in the famous Georgian Squares, the Phoenix Park the largest peoples park in Europe. Visit the historic Kilmainham Gaol, associated with the 1916 Rising, a dark part of Irish History. End the tour with a visit to Guinness Storehouse. Check into your hotel where you can relax and unwind. This evening join with your tour escort for a meet & greet cocktail. He will advise you on things to do in Dublin and any other questions you may have. (B)
June 13th This morning enjoy a tour to the historic Boyne Valley where you will see the Neolithic burial tombs that date back almost six thousand years. Return to Dublin early afternoon with free time for personal activities and maybe some shopping. Evening at leisure in Dublin; tour escort will advise you on events and restaurants. (B)
June 14th Leave the city behind this morning as you travel to the valley of the two lakes at Glendalough, the 6th century monastic settlement of St Kevin. After your visit here travel onwards to the town of New Ross and a visit to the replica emigrant ship the Dunbrody and learn of emigration through the ages. Onwards then to Waterford or Clonmel for overnight. Dinner and overnight in your hotel. Tonight attend the opening concert at the Music festival in Carrick on Suir. (BD)
June 15th A short journey this morning as you travel to the Medieval city of Kilkenny, the capital of Ireland during Medieval times due to the importance of the castle stronghold and the Butler family. A tour of the castle followed by some free time to explore the city and its narrow streets and maybe lunch in the famous Kytlers Inn, named after the city's famous witch. Return to your hotel early in the evening to relax and have dinner before heading to Carrick on Suir for tonight's concert. (BD)
June 16th Leave Clonmel and travel over the mountain drive to the village of Blarney and some time in the Blarney Woollen mills or kiss the famous Blarney Stone renowned for bestowing the gift of eloquence. Travel from here to the town of Kinsale known as the gourmet capital of Ireland, with free time to explore its narrow streets in the harbour town. Onwards then to the town of Killarney for dinner & overnight. (BD)
June 17th Today takes us on a beautiful day trip along Dingle Bay to the fishing town of Dingle before traveling out along the Slea Head Drive on the Dingle Peninsula where mountain and sea collide. Return to Dingle for free time before returning to Killarney and freedom this evening to explore the many pubs and restaurants right on your doorstep. (B)
June 18th A leisurely day as you join the local Jaunts (horse and Buggy) at your hotel and travel out through the National Park along Killarney's Lakes to Muckross House, the quaint Victorian house for a tour before free time in the Garden. Join your coach and return for the remainder of the afternoon free. Tonight travel to Quilles Farmhouse where you will be greeted by the lady of the house and enjoy a feast of traditional Irish food and music on the farm before returning to your hotel for overnight. June 19th This morning travel to the River Shannon and cross by ferry into County Clare before traveling North along the Atlantic coast to the majestic Cliffs of Moher. Continue through the rugged limestone region of the Burren and onwards to the village of Bunratty. Catch up on some last minute shopping or maybe a drink in the famous Durty Nellies pub. Check in to your hotel for dinner and overnight. (DB)
June 20th Morning departure to Galway with a short tour along Galway Bay to the Irish speaking region of Spideal and across the bog road to Moycullen and experience the processing of the famous Green Marble of the region. Free time in the bustling city of Galway before returning to Limerick and dinner tonight at the end of your tour in Ireland. (DB)
June 21st Travel to Shannon airport and check in for your return flight. (B)
