CANCELLATIONS:(Cancellation policy only applies to Bookings made with Terry Flynn Tours or their agents)

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Cancellation charges per person are as follows:

Date of booking to 60 days               $150 deposit

59/30 days prior to departure           15%

29/15 days prior to departure           25%

14/4 days prior to departure             50%

3 days or less prior to departure       No refunds

From 59 - 3 days cancellation period the cancellation fee percentage is of the total amount of the cost of the vacation.

Deposits or pre-payments to properties made on behalf of clients are non-refundable. As requirements vary in some locations these conditions will be available on request when booking. For late bookings express postage charges will be paid by the client.

Responsibilities:

We accept responsibility for insuring that all elements of your self-drive program we have booked are as described in your information.

We accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to any delay or cause beyond our control including air transportation. All such expenses will be borne by the client(s). We disclaim any responsibility or liability whatsoever for loss, damage, injury or expense to person or property due to any cause occurring during your vacation. This includes items left at accommodations or in rental cars.

Car Insurance & CDW:

Unlimited mileage, third party insurance. (This covers damage to a third party but not you.) theft protection and taxes are included in the cost of hire. CDW indemnifies the driver for all damage with the exception of the first €850-€1,500 depending on the vehicle type unless the optional deductible insurance has been taken out. Certain credit card companies include CDW protection in their service, but it is the responsibility of the hire to ensure they have this coverage and they must present documentation to the car hire company at the time of pick up to prove the same.

Age Limit:

Drivers must be between 21 and 75 years of age. Persons aged 21 to 24 years and 71 to 75 years are subject to a daily supplement paid directly to the car hire company.

21 -  23 €30 Euro supplement per day

70 - 75  €15 Euro supplement per day

Travel Insurance:

Terry Flynn Tours is please to offer Travel Insurance to help you protect your payment made for travel plans. We strongly recommend Insurance coverage to protect you from any unforeseen health circumstances that may arise. To benefit from full coverage, premium should be paid at the time of deposit for coverage to apply. Please ask for full details when making your reservation

Changes:

A fee of $25per change will be charged for any changes made to an existing booking. These fees are non- refundable in the event of cancellation.

Exchange rates:

The dollar rates shown in this brochure are based on exchange rates in effect on January 1st 2006. These are subject to currency fluctuations without notice. For clients paid in full on the due date TERRY FLYNN TOURS guarantees no surcharge on the land package.

First night Pre-booking:

Unfortunately due to the decline in the number of voucher accepting B&B’s in Dublin we are no longer able to include the pre-booking of your first night in the Dublin area. We are more than happy to pre-book your first night in all other areas.

Location Charges:

The following location charges apply to all car rental pick up’s and are paid directly  to the car hire company.

€21 + VAT at all airport locations Dublin/Shannon/Cork

€25 + VAT at Dublin city centre depot

€30 + VAT for all collections and drop off’s at all Dublin ferry ports.

Driving Licence:

Drivers must produce a current driving licence issued in their state or county of residence clear of endorsements and a minimum driving experience of 2 years.

Extra Driver:

The supplementary charge for an additional driver is €8.00 and is payable locally at start of hire.
