Fri 12: Depart USA for Ireland Depart USA on your overnight flight to Ireland.
Sat 13: Shannon—Ballyvaughan After clearing customs, travel through Ennis and the lunar like landscape of the Burren to Ballyvaughan located on the shores of Galway Bay. Time to relax and explore Ballyvaughan before freshening up for a welcome cocktail and evening dinner at your hotel.
Sun 14: Daytour to Galway Depart for a leisurely daytour through Kinvara to the city of Galway where you will have time to explore, have lunch and shop before returning to Ballyvaughan for evening dinner at the hotel.
Mon 15: Ballyvaughan—Cliffs of Moher—Dingle Leaving Ballyvaughan journey south to the Cliffs of Moher, towering 700 feet above sea level. Continue on along the Co. Clare coast to Lahinch, Kilrush and Killimer where we will take the ferry across the Shannon to Tarbert in Co. Kerry. Traveling on through Tralee we head out to the harbour town of Dingle for overnight. Dinner at your leisure in one of the many local restaurants.
Tue 16: Dingle Daytour Day exploring the Dingle Peninsula at leisure. Stunning seascapes and historic beehive huts surround you as we travel out to Slea Head and Gallarus Oratory, built between the 7th & 8th century and used by monks for solitary prayer. Return to Dingle with evening at leisure to enjoy dinner on your own.
Wed 17: Dingle—Killarney—Kenmare—Glengarriff From Dingle, journey in to Killarney where we will visit Killarney National Park and take a tour of Muckross House. Continue across Moll’s Gap to the town of Kenmare. Continue over the Caha Mountains to Glengarriff for overnight and dinner.
Thu 18: Glengarriff—Gougane Barra—Blarney—Lismore From Glengarriff, depart to visit the 6th century hermitage of St. Finbarr at Gougane Barra. Continue on to the village of Blarney with time to kiss the famous stone of eloquence before traveling on through Fermoy to the picturesque town of Lismore with its imposing castle overlooking the Blackwater River. Dinner this evening at your hotel.
Fri 19: Kilkenny & Waterford Daytour Today a visit to the medieval town of Kilkenny with a tour of the magnificent castle and some free time. Later travel on to Waterford where you will visit Waterford Crystal before returning to Lismore for overnight. This evening enjoy a walking historical tour of the town.
Sat 20: Lismore—Dublin Depart Clonmel and travel directly to Dublin for early arrival, Prior to check-in at your hotel, you will enjoy a sightseeing tour of the city. Leisure time for shopping or exploring. This evening you will experience dinner and entertainment at the Jameson Distillery as a grand finale to your trip.
Sun 21: Dublin to USA Depart from Dublin Airport for your return flight to the USA. Option available to extend in Dublin for additional nights.
